This was the first real restoration I did.  We did this truck about 10 years ago and it still looks great.  It was a frame up restoration with each piece sanded, prepped and painted.  We powdercoated and lined all the important other parts for a long lasting truck.  The engine is TBI 350 with an automatic behind it.  All the amenities are there, Power Steering, Four wheel disc brakes, custom VDO gauges, Rims and Tires, Custom bumper with winch,  New seats with RCI harnesses, Tinted windows and a custom roll cage.  Pinkney is just not driving it much and has decided to let it go.  You can reach the owner thru me at the shop.

This truck is owned by a bud of mine and he is sacrificing this to someone.  He easily has over 11k invested in upgrades and accessories and is letting it go for $5,500.  The engine compartment has a DUI, an Optima, a Weber 38, a Ceramic coated header.  The driveline upgrades include an H55f five speed with a set of Trail Tamer gears in the Xfercase.  The diffs have been switched out with 4.11s and its locked in the rear.  The truck also sports 2 sets of tires, one for off roading (Super Swampers) and one for on, (BFGs).  The back is set up with a truck box and a bed and the truck is wired for a complete stereo system.  Call me at the shop 501 821 4737 and I will put you in touch with Stu.

Price Drop on this one gang

1989 FJ62 Land Cruiser

John commissioned this cruiser through our shop to be  his everyday driver.  What is really cool though is that he tries to wheel it somewhere every week.  It has a Vortec 350 power plant with a helix plate and harness from Street & Performance Electronics.  Air is captured by an ARB snorkel and a custom air filter box stuffed with a K&N filter all connected by neoprene flexible ducting.  We used Corvette exhaust manifold (because they center dump) and 3" pipe to move out the exhaust.  Power is put to the wheels via a built 700 R4 and the stock xfer case.  Front and rear air lockers inside the factory differentials relay the traction of the 33x12.5 Goodyear Wrangler MTR's to the trails.  The bumps are dampened and the suspension controlled by a complete Old Man Emu system.

One of our rules about conversions can be seen in the photograph of the interior; "Make it look stock".   People stop him or give him a "thumbs up" everyday and when John calls he tells us short stories about how well the truck performs.  I don't know if John is more proud of the truck than we are.

John is now asking $15,000 for the truck.

Call me at the shop and I'll put you in touch with John

Here is one I'm personally building to drive for a bit and sale.  Frame-up restoration, modifications and conversion.  It sports a Vortec V6 with a 700r4 transmission and 3spd transfer case with twin stick shifters.  Has all the amenities, power steering, four wheel disc brakes, electric fan, built in transmission cooler with a external oil cooler,  tilt steering, power steering, dual alternators, a six point family roll cage, bucket seats (I'm having them recovered, the dogs have destroyed the covering), custom VDO gauges, Street & Performance engine management system, poly lined inside and underneath, will be sporting brand new meats, rims and locking hubs shortly, and every piece of metal on the truck has been powder coated and refinished.

These are some recent pics of the truck sans the bumper I put on.
